Classic French Chateau wedding with a touch of classic 'British'
The wedding weekend of Elizabeth & Spencer had all the ingredients for the perfect celebration. A fun loving couple, a stunning French Chateau in the heart of Burgundy, a classic British sports car and a group of family and friends ready to party. To top everything off we had Jenn from Jennifer Fox Weddings ensuring that the weekend ran perfectly.
Spencer has a thing for classic British sports cars so Matt from Provence Classics delivered him a stunning MG1600 for the day. Despite never driving a manual stick shift car before, Spencer was soon cruising the grounds of the Chateau with a huge smile on his face with Elizabeth at his side. What an occasion (and car) with which to learn to drive a manual!
Taking full advantage of the glorious, summer weather the ceremony took place on the lawn, followed by cocktails and al fresco dining. After dinner everyone was treated to the most amazing fireworks display, perfectly illuminating the Chateau and the grounds in a variety of colours as the fireworks soared high above.
The partying then began in earnest with live band ‘Popcorn Factory’ getting everyone up on the dance floor and dancing through to the early hours.
Thanks so much Elizabeth & Spencer for allowing me to be a part of your wedding!
